Installation Instructions

(1994-2001 Ram 2500/3500 8.0L V-10 Part #80005)

Important! Read all instructions before you begin installation.

1.      Remove the air cleaner assembly.

2.      Remove the throttle cables from the throttle body levers.

3.      Remove the throttle body bracket from the intake manifold.

4.      Install the cable bracket extender bracket onto the intake using the stock manifold bolts.

5.      Reinstall the throttle cable bracket to the extender bracket using the two bolts that attach to the threaded holes.

6.      Remove the four bolts from the throttle body to the plenum, along with the old gasket.

7.      Reinstall the throttle body with the Helix Power Tower and the new gaskets and secure it with the new longer bolts provided with the kit.

8.      Reinstall the throttle cables to the throttle body assembly and reinstall the air cleaner assembly.

Note: you may notice an occasional high-pitched whistle while driving. This is normal.
