Installation Instructions

(1992-2001 Dodge RAM 1500/3500 3.9/5.2/5.9l Part #59015)

Important! Read all instructions before you begin installation.

1.      Remove air cleaner assembly.

2.      Remove four throttle body-retaining bolts from the throttle body.

3.      Lift the throttle body unit, discarding the old gasket. Clean both mounting surfaces. Be careful and prevent any debris from falling into the intake manifold!

4.      Install the Helix Power Tower with upper and lower gaskets. Bolt throttle body onto the Helix Power Tower with the washers and longer bolts provided.

5.      Reinstall air cleaner assembly.

Note: you may notice an occasional high-pitched whistle while driving. This is normal.
