Helix Power Tower

Installation Instructions

(1996-2001 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis 4.6L V-8 Part #46025)

Important! Read all instructions before you begin installation.

1.      Remove the air cleaner duct from the throttle body.

2.      Remove the throttle body cover.

3.      Remove the throttle cable from the throttle cable bracket and relocate with one (1) of the 1” spacers and 6mm bolt/nut provided wit this kit (You may need to enlarge the hole on the bracket to fit the bolt through).

4.      Remove the cruise control cable from the bracket assembly and relocate with the plate also provided.

5.      Remove the four (4) throttle body mounting bolts and install the Helix Power Tower with two (2) new gaskets and the longer bolts/washers provided.

6.      Reinstall the air cleaner duct from the throttle body.

7.      Reinstall the throttle body cover with the two (2) 1” extensions provided.

Note: You may notice an occasional high-pitched whistle while driving, this is a normal function.
